John Mayer Tearfully Apologizes During Concert

After John Mayer’s twitter apology for his inappropriate comments in a Playboy interview he apologized once again during a concert at the Sommet Center on last night (Feb. 10) in Nashville, Tenn. In this apology John “Supremacist D*ck without a N*gger Pass” Mayer said, “I quit the media game. I’m out. I’m done. I just want to play my guitar.”

Myspace sponsored a concert last night (Dec. 3) at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York concert featuring Rihanna. The concert was free to the public and aired live on myspace. For ‘The Release’ Rihanna performed some of her past hits like ‘Umbrella’ and ‘Don’t Stop The Music’ as well as some songs from her newest album, Rated R including ‘Wait Your Turn,’ ’Hard,’ and ‘Russian Roulette’.

Today Rihanna performed live in London at a monumental concert presented by Nokia at the O2 Academy in Brixton. Rih performed some of her past hits, including “Umbrella” and “Run This Town” along with Jay-Z. She also previewed new songs (”Hard” w/ Young Jeezy) from soon-to-be released Rated R album. Get it, girl.

On Thanksgiving night, Beyoncé will all YOURS, MINE and OURS as ABC airs a special presentation of “Beyoncé I am… Yours” which will highlight tour footage including behind the scenes and concert performances from Bey’s I Am…tour shows at Wynn Las Vegas. The special airs only on ABC on Thursday, November 26 at 9pm EST. I’ll be curled up with deep dish apple pie and ice cream at 8:59 tuned in!
She’ll also be releasing a CD/DVD of live concert footage titled I Am…Yours on Monday, November 23.

Lady Gaga is set to begin her North American tour, entitled “The Monster Ball” in late November.
According to Lady Gaga’s official site:
The tour will begin on November 27 in Montreal, and will wind up on January 21, 2010 in Gaga’s hometown, New York City. Kid Cudi will be the supporting act for the entire tour.
Says Lady Gaga, “The Haus of Gaga had been designing ‘The Monster Ball’ for premiere in 2010 at the O2 Arena in London, but due to diligent work and preparation, ‘The Monster Ball’ will begin on November 27 in Montreal. ‘The Monster Ball’ is a multimedia artistic experience in the style of the first-ever ‘pop electro opera.’”
Lady Gaga will release a re-package of her breakthrough album, The Fame, called The Fame Monster, earlier that week, on November 23. The re-package will include eight brand new songs, including the club-banging first single “Bad Romance.” Continues Lady Gaga, “A message to all my little monsters: The Fame Monster will come out four days before the first live show. You have exactly 96 hours to learn all of the lyrics so you can sing along. Dress accordingly.”
