Haiti Relief Effort: CNN’s Anderson Cooper Carries Child Covered in Blood

Last night, during Anderson Cooper 360 coverage of the relief efforts in Haiti, he showed a very graphic scene of a child injured after ‘looters’ began throwing rocks and pieces of concrete from a store roof.  The boy was hit on the head by a chunk of concrete and was bleeding profusely. The image, while very graphic and heart wrenching, is a scene of such utter desperation of people that are down to basic survival skills in order to stay alive amidst such dire conditions.

Chris Brown: The Interview with MTV NEWS Video + His Response to Rihanna’s 20/20 Interview

Chris Brown The Interview

Each year over one million young women are victims of domestic violence. Chris Brown sat down with Sway and MTV News on Monday in an interview to discuss how Chris has changed since the February incident with Rihanna. Another attempt from CB’s camp to do damage control to counter act Rihanna’s side of the story which aired tonight on 20/20.

Part 1:

Part 2:

Part 3:

Chris refused to give his account of the incident with Rihanna and released this statement in response to the previews of her 20/20 interview:

While I respect Rihanna’s right to discuss the specific events of Feb. 8th I maintain my position that all of the details should remain a private matter between us. I do appreciate her support and wish her the best. I am extremely sorry for what I did and I accept accountability for my actions. At this point I am taking the proper steps to learn about me and grow from my mistakes. I only hope that others in similar situations can learn from our experience as well. Abuse of any kind is always wrong. The rest I leave it to God.

Chris Brown To Speak, Again: “Chris Brown: The Interview” on MTV

Chris Brown The Interview MTV

I’m not sure what to think of Chris Brown’s a.k.a. Crazy Eyes latest move. Is it Utterly Frustrating or Strangely Ironic that on the same night of Rihanna’s 20/20 interview Chris Brown has scheduled yet another interview (He has previously talked to Larry King, Angie Martinez) with MTV? The latest interview is set to air tomorrow night at 6pm on MTV, conveniently 4 hours before Rihanna’s airs at 10p.m. on ABC.

Seriously? The way I see it Chris had his turn to speak and now with all the media attention given to Rihanna’s revealing and exclusive interview now he wants yet ANOTHER chance to speak about “that night”. In the illustrious words of–well, myself–I can’t. I cannot. I refuse to believe this was a sincere effort at letting fans know what happen and about CB’s progress since the incident. Rather, his people that are #failures at strengthening his tattered image and are using this MTV interview as an opportunity to get his word out before hers.

I can’t.

I cannot.

I refuse.

After Hours of Searching Balloon Boy Found Home

After all the hoopla, Balloon Boy–Falcon Heene was at home in the damn attic. Ugh. I was worried for no reason about someone else’s kid. At least the boy is safe.

Falcon Heene safe

MSNBC.com reports:

FORT COLLINS. Colo. – A 6-year-old boy was found hiding at home Thursday, hours after the runaway flight of his family’s experimental balloon riveted the nation and led to a frantic search by authorities who feared the child was aboard the craft.

More than two hours after the balloon gently touched down in a field with no sign of the boy, Sheriff Jim Alderden turned to reporters during a news conference gave a thumbs up and said 6-year-old Falcon Heene was “at the house.”

“Apparently the boy’s been there the whole time. He’s been hiding in a cardboard box in the attic above the garage,” Alderden said.

Here’s a youtube clip of the parents and Falcon talking about today’s event:

6-year-old boy missing after balloon lands in Colorado

I can’t even think of words to explain the story so here is a clip from CNN, crazy how fast things become a twitter trending topic #saveballonboy & #balloon boy:

flying saucer

(CNN) — A runaway balloon has touched down in Colorado after a 6-year-old boy untied it from his family home in Fort Collins.
The dome-shaped balloon is 20 feet long and 5 feet high, Larimer County Sheriff’s Office says.

The boy was not inside the helium aircraft when it landed, CNN affiliate KMGH reported.

A sibling saw the boy get into the craft Thursday morning. Officials were concerned that the boy may have fallen out of it, an undersheriff said.

Margie Martinez of the Weld County Sheriff’s Office said a sibling saw Falcon Heene climb into the basket before the balloon took off from his parents’ Fort Collins, Colorado home.

Since the door on the balloon was unlocked, it’s possible the boy had fallen out, Martinez said.

The balloon appeared to be a saucer-shaped, Mylar-coated helium balloon, similar to a party balloon. The craft was drifting eastward, authorities said.

The helium balloon was tethered to the boy’s family home, the Larimer County Sheriff’s Department said. The boy got into the craft Thursday morning and undid the rope anchoring it.

The department said the dome-shaped balloon is 20 feet long and 5 feet high.

“The structure at the bottom of the balloon that the boy is in is made of extremely thin plywood and won’t withstand any kind of a crash at all,” said Erik Nilsson, Larimer County emergency manager, according to CNN affiliate KMGH.

A dispatcher received a call Thursday morning, and emergency services personnel were contacted, Larimer County Sheriff’s Department spokeswoman Kathy Davis said.

Here’s the youtube clip of the balloon:

Under No Circumstances: Joe Jackson

Right now on CNN Joe Jackson is sitting down for his first live interview about Michael’s life and untimely death with Larry King.

Devilsh.

Under no circumstances should any of you turn on your tv to watch his foolery.

Catch it on youtube if you must and need a chuckle in a few days but do not give this man the glory of ratings.

Joe Jack tried to find any and every way to profit off his children and that will never change, I wonder how many times he will mention his record label? Hmmm.

Either way, once you say don’t do something people tend to do it so the following read carefully.

Do not–under any circumstances–read this blog EVERY DAY! Do not take some time now and scroll through the archives and catch up on what you’ve missed.

Do not read entries like I cannot understand standing or the ultimate fan fav I can’t: The Evolution of the Candy Boys.

Don’t do it!
