Chris Brown 20/20 with Robin Roberts Airs Tonight

Chris Brown will appear on 20/20 tonight for an interview with Robin Roberts to give his ‘formal’ response and reactionary interview on Rihanna’s 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer last month. This is the most overworked ‘incident’ of 2009. By no means am I trying to downgrade the physical, emotional, and mental damage that it has caused to the individuals involved I’m just saying the media coverage is redundant. For now, here’s a sneak peek of Chris’ interview, the full interview airs tonight on ABC’s 20/20 at 10pm EST.

What are your thoughts about the literal use of the gun in the video? I was so hoping that Rihanna would use the song and metaphorically display the game of Russian Roulette as taking a chance that is bound to have bad consequences. But until Friday…

After months of silence, Rihanna is finally deciding to speak out about her involvement with Chris Brown and the night before the Grammy’s when Chris assaulted her. Good Morning America, previewed Rihanna’s “20/20″ interview that will air this Friday, Nov. 6. at 10 p.m. E.T. Here is what aired:
Rihanna tearfully spoke about the impact her decisions have on girls that may be in similar situations:
“When I realized that my selfish decision for love could result into some young girl getting killed, I could not be easy with that part. I couldn’t be held responsible for telling them “Go Back”. Even if Chris never hit me again, who’s to say that their boyfriend won’t. Who’s to say that they won’t kill these girls. And these are young girls. I just didn’t know how much of an impact I had on these girls lives until that happened. It was a wake up call for me big time especially after I took myself out of that situation. I will say that to any young girl going through domestic violence. Don’t react off of love. F love. Come out of the situation and look at it third person for what it really is and then make your decision because love is so blind.”

NEW SINGLE: Rihanna “Wait Your Turn (The Wait is Ova)”

Last night, while you were tricking or treating…Rihanna’s second single “Wait Your Turn (The Wait is Ova)” was leaked on the internet. I hear its an unfinished version of the song and the final cut will be released November 6. If the song sounds familiar, its the song that RiRi has been using to promote the Rated R album. It’s an edgy song, check it out:
