-Collard Greens w/ Smoked Turkey

-Jalapeno Cornbread
NBC later removed the sign from the cafeteria and apologized if anyone was offended by it.Check out what the check had to say about the menu:

This chef clearly missed the point. She’s making it seem as if people are upset about just the choices of food. That menu is a mostly African American menu so to use the words “in honor of black history month” is sending a message that in honor of black history month we’re going to serve “black ppl” food. It just was not a good choice and it sends out the wrong message. You should have known that.
