Jay-Z & Alicia Keys “Empire State of Mind” World Series Performance VIDEO
All I can say is YESSSSSS! The world has been waiting, okay maybe not the world but New York has been waiting for Jay-Z and Alicia Keys to have an uninterrupted performance (minus Lil Mama) of “Empire State of Mind.” The New Yorker natives were originally scheduled to perform last night but were pushed back today due to the stormy weather. Today, at Yankee Stadium and in the HOME of Hip Hop–Bronx,NY Jay & A.Keys did had their time to do what they do best (minus the microphone feedback echo).

oh and fox news popped a question: is jay-z the new king of new york? now, i love me some frank sinatra and no one will ever replace him. i admire jay-z, of course cuz he’s my future boss… king of nyc tho? sure, he has a classic story about boot straps and making it, but king may be way too soon, i think.
