The BET Hip Hop Awards 2009 aired tonight on BlahET. The highlight of the show was the cipher that featured some hip-hop heavy hitters and new comers. CBS went into censoring overload last night which seemed at first (muted) listen that there couldn’t possibly be that many ‘issues’ with the lyrics. Check out this uncensored version of the performance, and you’ll be convinced convinced that there was absolutely no need for the excessive censoring last night:
