Target Illegal Alien Costume is Not So Humorous
Halloween is just around the corner as many people flocked to stores and online to find the right costume. If you’ve visited Target’s website you may have encountered the “humorous” costumes specifically in the men’s humorous section.
Target.com was selling an ILLEGAL ALIEN costume for $39.99. The costume features an alien mask wearing an orange jumpsuit with “illegal alien” written across the front, and accessorized with a green card.
Well, the Southern California immigrant rights group, Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA), doesn’t find humor in the “illegal alien” costume featured on target.com.
After emails were sent to target by the executive director of (CHIRLA), target removed the tasteless costume from its website.
