I cannot understand this: 18 year old rapes his own 8 day old baby.

This story was so hard for even conceptualize. I’ve heard reports about an 18-year-old raping a 8 day old baby but I couldn’t even type without angrily banging on the keys in search for the appropriate expletives and such. As the news stories have it, 18-year-old Reginald Davis, has been charged with Rape and Second-Degree Battery by police in Forrest City, Arkansas. Reginald stands accused of  raping his own 8 day-old baby.

This attack happened last year, on September 1, 2008. Police were alerted about the incident once the baby was being treated at a Forest City Medical showing signs that it had been sexually assaulted and suffered a skull fracture.  The assault happen during a visit with the child’s 15-year-old mom, no word yet on whether on not she had knowledge of the incident as it happened, but reports say other people were home at the time.  The case is still under investigation.
