What Would You Do: If a stranger slapped yo' baby?!
Talk about insane in the membrane. Its so hard to fathom what would go though someone’s mind to slap a strangers child in the face or any child for that matter. But 61-year-old Roger Stephens did.

Mr. Roger “Slap-A-Baby” Stephens stands accused of slapping a toddler in the face in an Atlanta Walmart because she would not stop crying.
After warning her mother to no avail shut her up before he would, reports say he slapped the 2 year old in the face four or five times leaving her face slightly red.
Police say, once he smacked the child, he then told her mother “See, I told you I would shut her up.”
He apologized upon his arrest.

The point is this mother didn’t know how to discipline her child, so this guy showed her one of the ways to do it.
Sure you don’t let a guy do it…especially 4 times. She’s obviously not used to disciplining children enough to take action against this guy as soon as he stepped up to her kid, if she was she would have known that you don’t go shopping with a toddler unless you’re prepared with things that will make the child silent as well as establishing your role as parent. Baby’s can distinguish whether or not they can get away with certain things from their parents. This baby knew that and pushed on with the crying.

Please, the Cops and Ambulance would be coming for his ass, cause I would have tried to kill that MF. They would have been removing my foot out of his ass and mouth. Duly noted. I think that it parenting is a very judgment-laden job outsiders feel that they know the best ways to discipline, manage, and generally rear a child that is not their own. I think Roger went too far to put his hands on someone else’s child. And like you said the mother was obviously confused since she didn’t even step in once the guy hit her baby.
